HONOLULU – Servco Pacific Inc. (Servco), Hawaiʻi’s largest private company, has welcomed Diana Brown as Chief People Officer. Brown will join Servco’s Executive Committee and serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Board of Directors and Servco’s businesses regarding strategic people projects and human capital initiatives, including executive coaching, organization design, succession planning, executive compensation and company-wide people practices across the decentralized business portfolio. She will also be responsible for the Servco Foundation and Fukunaga Scholarship Foundation as part of Servco’s ongoing efforts to support the community.

Brown brings over 20 years of human resources experience to Servco. Most recently, she served as Head of People for Eco, a fintech company, where she established the company’s core values, revamped its benefits strategy, and increased representation of women from 8% to 25%.
She previously led human resource teams at Capital One US, Capital One Canada, and Capital One UK. As the Head of International HR for Capital One, she spearheaded initiatives on talent and succession management and diversity and inclusion and led her teams to year- over-year top employer awards. Brown also manages her own private coaching and HR consulting firm.
Brown earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Virginia Tech. She is a certified integral coach, holds multiple HR certifications, and is a frequent speaker on the topics of Human Resources, leadership, and inclusion.
