Servco’s Auto Distribution achieved its first-ever Gold Award for Toyota’s 2022 Customer Delight Excellence Award program (CDEA)! This prestigious award honors Toyota and Lexus Global Distributors who continuously strive to enhance the customer experience.
Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) established the CDEA program “to satisfy and delight each and every one of our customers and put smiles on their faces” and encourage Kaizen culture through continuous improvement. The CDEA program evaluates Global Distributors on over 70 key service performance indicators such as absorption rate, vehicle retention rate, service market share, and service net promoter score and focus areas such as business foundations, perfect standard operating process delivery, customer engagement, heart touching experience, and corporate social responsibility.
Servco achieved 907 points out of a possible 1,000. In 2022, Servco launched several customer focused initiatives that included the Dealer Parts Operation Kaizen (DPOK) program, Lexus Mobile Service on the Big Island, and expanded the Toyota Technical Education Program (T-TEP) to include Maui College.
Servco was presented the CDEA Gold Award by Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) Field Operations Manager, Kenichi Saito, during his recent visit to Hawaii. This achievement is a tremendous honor and couldn’t have been accomplished without the strong dedication and efforts of Toyota and Lexus Hawaii customer service personnel.
