A total of four nonprofit organizations received $15,000 each:
- Family Programs Hawaii
- Waianae Coast Center
- Legacy Reef Foundation
- Lanakila Pacific
The nonprofits were selected by the Servco Foundation based on a recommendation by Team Serve, the employee-led community service committee at Servco Pacific Inc.
“This year, Team Serve, in collaboration with the Servco Foundation, had the opportunity to support four great local nonprofit organizations selected by Servco’s very own team members,” said Megan Jeffries, co-chair of Team Serve. “It’s always an honor to be able to give back to the community that has supported us for so many years, and now more than ever, we are grateful for the hard work these organizations are doing.”
In addition to financial support, Team Serve’s primary focus is on organizing community service activities for Servco team members by partnering with organizations including Kōkua Learning Farm, Kākoʻo ʻŌiwi and Honolulu Habitat for Humanity over the last few months.
