Servco was provided with the unique opportunity to spend Earth Day assisting Aloha Harvest with gathering lettuce from a North Shore farm. The produce was distributed to various organizations to provide food to those in need.
About 400 lbs of lettuce was harvested by a group of 10 Servco team members racing against the sun. The lettuce was then packed in boxes and loaded into Aloha Harvest’s refrigerated truck to be delivered across the island. Lettuce remember that every day is Earth Day.
