Will my warranty and existing service contracts still be honored?

Original factory warranties will be honored based on the original terms and conditions of those warranties. Please check with your service center regarding any third-party service contracts that you may have.

Will there be any changes to the Big Island Toyota service centers?

No changes are currently planned.

Are my future service appointments still valid?

Yes. If you’d like confirmation of your future service appointment, please contact your service center.

Are there any changes to the maintenance or service schedules?

Vehicle Sales

If I placed a backorder for a vehicle, will anything change?

Backordered vehicles will be honored, subject to vehicle availability. Contact your Sales Consultant for confirmation of your order.

Are there are any plans to move the dealership stores to different locations?

We have no current plans to relocate any facilities. If any facility is relocated in the future, we will make announcements as needed.

Will the Hilo or Kona hours/days of operations change?

Operating hours will remain the same.

Will the Big Island Toyota name be changing?

We are discussing refreshing the Big Island Toyota name to reflect both of our integrated companies. While our name may change, our commitment remains to provide you with excellent service and quality products. We’ll send out a communication when we do change our name.
